Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and round trips from Hotel to the venue on Saturday and Sunday will be inlcuded, as well as a shuttle will be leaving the event right after the finals for the airport.
From the airport : Bus 747
The easiest way for you to go at the hotel/downtown area is also the cheapest. For 10$ you can buy a ticket at the airport in an orange machine named STM and you get a full days pass. You can also use this card for 24 hours including busses and subways stations. When it is time to go back home you can buy another pass at any subway station, also for 18$ you get 3 day pass which is a great choice if you are looking to go to the venue by yourself. The hotel/chinatown stop is named St-Laurent and it should take you about 30 minutes.
In the city : Metro
You can’t take your bike onto busses but you can take it along the subway:
Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and after 7 p.m.
All day Saturday, Sunday, and on legal holidays
Bikes allowed only in the front car
A maximum of six (6) bikes allowed in the front car of any given train
At all times, hold your bike next to you; do not lean it against the seats or walls
Subway stop for Hotel area is “St-Laurent” and contest area is “Crémazie”. This way you should pedal about 10 minutes to get to the venue.
You can use Uber service in Montreal to get around, its cheaper than a taxi and more convinient.
